Sherman, Tex., March 31 - News reached this
city of the death of Cyrilda McCandless, the
little daughter of Mr. & Mrs.
McCandless, who reside on the Sperry ranch
southwest of Sherman. The child died
yesterday after three weeks of great
agony from burns received at that time. It
will be remembered that the
child's clothing became ignited while she
was playing about the house,
and she was terribly burned before the
flames could be extinguished.
Burial took place today at the Chamber's
graveyard.
