ARMY RELICS
Mr. J.D. Wilson, living in north Denison, called at the Gazetteer bindery Wednesday and left a number of Army relics, such as field orders, discharge papers, a picket stub book written in characters, and an old family leather back Bible, to be re-bound for safer keeping.   Mr. Wilson also had an old pocketbook, which he carried through the war.  It has the appearance of being 100 years old.  In the book is a quantity of Confederate currency, postage stamps, revenue stamps and an order issued by Gen. L.J. Boulion, A.A.G., U.S.A., in which his soldiers are notified of the final surrender of Johnson's army to that of Gen. W.T. Sherman, and in which they are commanded to cease hostilities of every character and to preserve their dignity as soldiers of the Federal Army.
The order was issued at Macon, Georgia, June 22, 1865.
