December 29, 2003 Eva Lou Carter, was born Sept. 3, 1903 in Tyler, OK to Blanch & Daniel Duggins. She passed away, Dec. 25, 2003 at the age of 100. She was preceded in death by her husband Charlie and numerous nieces & nephews. She is survived by one niece Lora Thornton, two nephews Mickey Duggins and Kenneth Duggins, and one niece Eleanor Davis who has taken care of her since 1999 after the death of her nephew Eddie Davis, also many great nieces & nephews and two special friends Lloyd & Pat Gramling. Funeral services will be at Vondel Smith South on Tuesday, December 30, 2003, at 12:00 PM. Burial will be at Whitesboro, Texas. Funeral services will be officiated by Rev.
