Thursday, December 10, 1970 Services were held Monday, December 7, at 10 a.m. in Flesher Funeral Chapel for Robert C. Thomas, who died Saturday, December 5 in a McKinney hospital. Services were conducted by Rev. Joe M. Durham and Rev. J. A. Moody. Burial was in MaComb Cemetery. Mr. Thomas was born in Texas on July 23, 1908. He was a technician with the Soil Conservation unit. He was a member of the ____ Church of Denison and a veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary E. Thomas of Van Alstyne, his mother, Mrs. Myrtle Thomas of Plano, one brother, Charles Allen Thomas of Kingland, one sister, Mrs. Lacy Evelyn Wright of Plano, and stepdaughter, Mrs. Charles Engleman of Plano and two grandchildren.
