The Herald Democrat November 7, 2010 HOWE -- Graveside services for Timothy C. "Tim" Matthews, age 45 of Howe, will be held Sunday, November 7, 2010 at 2 p.m. at the Luella Cemetery. J. W. "Dub" Hall will officiate. Tim passed away November 5, 2010 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital-WNJ. Waldo Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Tim was born August 10, 1965 in Sherman to Leslie Curtis "Buzz" and Jennie Lou (Clements) Matthews. He was an electrician by trade. Preceded in death by his parents; grandfather, Cecil Matthews; aunt, Cindy Matthews; uncle, Joe Matthews; and grandparents, Jack and Lucy Clements. Tim is survived by his children, Tate, Tess, Taylor, Courtney and Morgan; brother, Chance Matthews; grandmother, Lea Matthews; aunt, Tenna Matthews; and great-aunt, Dorothy Matthews all of Howe. In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made to a scholarship fund for his children at Independent Bank, 100 S. Denney, Howe, TX 75459.
