Connie
Eileen Coleman, beloved mama, daughter, sister, aunt, mee-maw, and
friend found her way to Heaven on Friday, February 25, 2005 in Wichita
Falls.
Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2005 in the chapel of Hampton Vaughan Crestview. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Liberty Cemetery in Gordonville, TX. Arrangements entrusted to Hampton Vaughan Crestview. Connie was born June 20, 1942 in Lourdesburg, New Mexico to Milo and Frances (Dailey) Coleman. She and Elbert Martin were married 26 years, and had five children. They still remained life-long best friends. Connie spent most of her life raising her children and caring for her home. Later, she became a realtor with Century 21, and from 1992 to 2002 was employed by Sheppard Air Force Base through Work Services Corporation. Connie was a member of the Choctaw Tribal Nation of Oklahoma. She loved fishing, gardening, dancing, karaoke, and spending time with her family and friends. To know her, was to love her, we will miss her dearly. She is preceded in death: by her father, Milo Paul Coleman; one brother, Billy T. Coleman; and one granddaughter, Lilyan Stockwell. Survivors include: five children, Rhonda Reynolds and husband Tim of Bowie, Sheila Martin and Stanley Smith of Wichita Falls, Tamara Cooper and husband Fred of Wichita Falls, Kevin Martin and wife Tammy of Dripping Springs, TX, and Amanda Garcia and husband Kraie of Wichita Falls; mother, Frances Coleman Davis of Madill, OK; two brothers, Bob Coleman and wife Karen of Ardmore, OK, and David Coleman of Tishomingo, OK; two sisters, her twin, Kay Ashford and husband Clyde, and Sandy Day and husband John all of Ardmore, OK; dear companion, Jerry Reynolds of Wichita Falls; fifteen grandchildren, Lee, Melaney, Madison, Rhiannon, Brett, Misty, Cassie, Chrystal, Bobby, Dylan, Marie, Tamara, Abigail, Hope, and Keira; five great grandchildren, Ashton, Haliey, Delanie, Kody, and Haizleigh; and numerous other family and friends whom she loved dearly. Visitation was held from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday, February 28, 2005 at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home.
