Maggie Mae Isom 2 October 1889 - 3 August 1974 1878 - 1951 The Denison Press Friday, January 19, 1951 pg. 4 Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Funderburk Funeral Home for Rich Isom, retired farmer, of 1021 W. Nelson, who died Saturday in a Dallas hospital as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident December 24. Rev. H.F. Crews, pastor of the Nazarene church, officiated and burial was in the Isom Cemetery. Mr. Isom was born in Tennessee in 1879 [sic] and came to Denison when he was 15 years of age. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Maggie Isom, of Denison; one son, Carl Isom of Denison; four daughters, Mrs. E.L. Webb, Mrs. Percy Gilley and Miss Ollie Pearl Isom, all of Denison; and Mrs. R.E. Nichols of Silver City, New Mexico; two brothers, John Isom of Denison and W.H. Isom of Edison, Tennessee; four sisters, Mrs. Sudie Fields of Whitewright; Mrs. Mary Molen of Bells; and Mrs. Ira Rice and Mrs. Jack Rice of Sherman; and 9 grandchildren.
