Taylor Channing Rodriguez 2 September 1994 Holland Sabelle Rodriguez passed away June 15, 2021 as a result of a vehicle accident in Utah. She was 17. Holland was born September 29, 2003 in Houston, Texas. She was the seventh of ten children. She had a love and gift for music. She taught herself to play six instruments though her favorite was the guitar. It was a joy to listen to her play and sing. She was a very bright and dedicated student. She loved working as a lifeguard for the past two summers. She graduated high school and was a PHI Theta Kappa honor student at Lone Star College. She was enrolled to finish her last 2 classes before obtaining her associate of art degree from Lone Star College. She was accepted to Utah Valley University for the fall. She had a big heart for those around her and a sweet spot for her nieces and nephews. Holland was also a loyal friend. She loved animals and spent a year in high school volunteering at a farm to tend and ride horses and care for the other animals. She loved to exercise and body build, achieving a 300 pound deadlift. She was strong yet gentle, confident yet humble. Many will also remember her sense of style. Her family will never look at hoodies and cowboy boots the same. She served those in her community., including caring for victims of hurricanes and floods. She was known for being a hard worker. She could muck a water damaged house as fast as any man. Holland has joined her sister, Taylor, who preceded her in death 26 years ago. She is survived by her parents, Nicholas Rodriguez and Tara Durden Rodriguez as well as her siblings, Ashton, Dallin, Hunter, Benson, Sterling, Whitney, Spencer and Kearon.
