HOWE RITED CONDUCTED FOR GEORGE HOLLOWAY
Howe, Texas, July 24 - Funeral services were held at the Howe Baptist Church Tuesday afternoon for George W. "Bud" Holloway, lifelong resident of Howe who died Sunday.  Burial was in the Holloway Cemetery.
Holloway was a former member of the board of directors of the Red River Valley Fair, a member of the Masonic order and for many years a deacon in the Baptist church.  He was a farmer.
Surviving are his wife; 3 sons, Truett Holloway and Paul Holloway of Howe; and Elmer Holloway of Dallas; 2 daughters, Mrs. Cleta Davis of Howe and Mrs. Herman Reeves of Yuma, Arizona; one brother, A.J. Holloway of Sherman; and one sister, Mrs. Ada Curry of Sherman.
