Thursday, September 13, 1928 pg. 8 AMBROSE MAN KILLED Denison - The body of William Thomas Sanford, 26, Ambrose man killed in a truck accident near Emporia, Kansas, Friday arrived by rail Sunday morning at 5 o'clock and was taken overland to the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. O.T. Sanford, at Ambrose. Funeral services were held at the Hebron Baptist Church, near Ambrose, Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock with interment following in the church cemetery.
