Mike Tamburin 16 June 1959 - 25 September 2015 Paula Tamburin 8 November 1957 - 29 September 2019 wed 8 April 1994 The Herald Democrat September 29, 2015 BELLS - Robert "Mike" Tamburin, age 56, passed away Friday, September 25, 2015 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison. Robert Michael Tamburin was born June 16, 1959 in Sherman, Texas, son of Mary "Kathy" Stroud Tamburin and Joseph Anthony Tamburin. Mr. Tamburin graduated from Gunter High School in 1977. He married the love of his life, Paula Coffman, April 8, 1995. Mike worked for Magnifab in Howe, Texas for over 30 years until retirement. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed watching the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys. Above all he loved his family and delighted in his grandchildren which were his pride and joy. Mr. Tamburin is survived by his loving family, wife, Paula Tamburin; 2 sons, David Whitley and wife, Amy; and Daniel Whitley and wife Stacy; 5 grandchildren, Shyenne Garrison, Shaylen Garrison, Christopher Garrison, Tyler Capps and Jesika Capps; mother, Kathy Stroud-Tamburin; brother, Mark Tamburin and wife, Kari; sister, Terry Dement and husband, Mike; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Anthony Tamburin; and grandparents, Herman and Edith Stroud. Funeral services for Tamburin were held Wednesday morning, September 30, 2015 at Hebron Baptist Church with Bro. David Murphy and Bro. Houston Garner officiating. Interment followed in Hebron Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Fisher Funeral Home in Denison. Paula Gene Tamburin, 61, slipped peacefully into the arms of Jesus Sunday, September 29, 2019 at Mullican Care Center in Savoy, Texas. Paula was born November 8, 1957 in Whitewright, Texas, daughter of Billy Jack and Betty Ann Robbins Coffman. She earned a Bachelors degree in Education with a minor in Psychology. Paula married the love of her life, Mike Tamburin, April 8, 1995. Paula was a member of Hebron Baptist Church where she enjoyed singing in the choir. Paula leaves behind sons, Daniel Whitley and wife, Stacy, of Sherman, Texas; David Whitley and wife, Amy, of Howe, Texas; grandchildren, Shyenne Garrison; Shaylen Garrison; Chris Garrison and wife, Maci Cox, all of Sherman; Tyler Whitley and Maddie Cureton and Jesika Whitley, all of Howe, Texas; Morgan Clark of Tom Bean, Texas; special like grandchildren, Haley Bennett and son, Jaxon, of Sherman, Texas; and McKayla Perdue of Sherman, Texas; mother of Bells, Texas; siblings, Cindy Johnson and husband, Jerry; Dee Ryan and husband, Wayne; both of Bells, Texas; Billie Blacknall and husband, Mark, of Springtown, Texas; Donnie Coffman and friend, Kellie, of Sherman, Texas; nieces and nephews, Bradley and Michelle Johnson; Wayne Garrett Ryon; Makayla Ryon; Misty Coffman; Brandon Vega; Addison Coffman; and Ashley Coffman; great-nieces and nephews, Ronnie Johnson; Addison Mutchler; Wayne Mutchler; Kaylee Johnson; Dakota Johnson; Miguel Rodriquez; Vivian Rodriquez; Matthe Rodriquez; Mason Vega and Alex Vega. She was preceded in death by her father; husband; grandparents, Daisy and Speed Robbins; Roy and Ruby Coffman; and nephew, Jerry Don Johnson. Funeral services were held Wednesday morning, October 2, 2019 at Hebron Baptist Church with Pastors David Murphy and Jerry Johnson officiating. Interment followed in Hebron Cemetery. Pallbearers were Bradley Johnson, Tyler Whitley, Chris Garrison, Rusty Roberson, Randy Roberson, and Jimmy Cunningham.
