Texas - Graveside services for John Thomas McBroom, 78, of McKinney
were held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at the Hall
Cemetery in Howe, Texas. He passed away on Saturday, December 24,
2016 at his residence in McKinney. Arrangements were under the
direction of Scoggins Funeral Home & Crematory, Van Alstyne, Texas.
He was born on August 2, 1938 in Gunter, Texas, the son of John Dudley McBroom and Ilene Moore McBroom. John is survived by his son, Michael McBroom and wife Pam of McKinney; granddaughter, Jessica McBroom; sisters, Louise Bradley and husband Skeeter of Goodrich, Texas; Helen Fike of Florida; and Donna Johnson of Arizona; brother, Roy McBroom of California; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
