  Vivian Lurlene Bridges 1921 - 2012 Dallas Morning News October 7, 2012 Services for Vivian Lurlene McMillion Bridges, age 91, of Keller, Texas were held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at Scoggins Funeral Home Chapel in Van Alstyne, Texas, burial followed at Hall cemetery in Howe, Texas. Ms. Bridges passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at the North Pointe Health Care Center in Watauga, Texas. She is survived by her son, John Gary Bridges; daughter and son-in-law Brenda and Dwayne Sexton; sister, Helen Laughlin; brother and sister-in-law; Jimmy and Jean McMillion. Grandchildren; Steven and Michelle Bridges, Tiffany and Sean Lambert, and numerous nieces and nephews. Vivian was born September 5, 1921 in Midlothian, Texas. She had a long and productive life as a successful ceramics shop owner. She was a Brownie and Girl Scout Troop Leader and a volunteer for the Band Boosters. She loved teaching ceramics and other crafts at the Keller Senior Center. Vivian was preceded in death by her husband John Herbert Bridges.
