Bettye passed away Saturday, October 20, 2012 at the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital - WNJ in Sherman. Bettye is survived by her son, John Faulkner of Holly Hill, Florida. William Faulkner, age 93 of Howe, TX passed away January 30, 2010 at
his home. He was born on May 15, 1917 in Howe, Texas to Crill and
Lillian Faulkner. He married Bettye Shelton on December 27, 1946
in Howe, Texas. John served in the US military and worked for the
Texas Highway Department in road maintenance. He was a member of
the Baptist faith.
John is survived by his wife, Bettye Faulkner of Howe, Texas and one son, John Wayne Faulkner of Holly Hill, Florida. Funeral services were held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at the First Baptist Church of Howe with Art Rayburn officiating. Interment followed at Hall Cemetery in Howe.
