RITES WEDNESDAY FOR MRS. NICHOLSON, 81, FORMER RESIDENT
Funeral services were held here Wednesday afternoon for Mrs. Elizabeth Cates Nicholson, 81, former resident.  Mrs. Nicholson died Monday in a Ft. Worth nursing home after a long illness.  Rites were conducted at 2:00 p.m. with interment in Hall Cemetery.
Mrs. Nicholson, born January 3, 1887, lived most of her life here before moving to Ft. Worth in 1965.
Survivors are 5 sons, 3 daughters, 3 brothers, 4 sisters, and serveral grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

RITES WEDNESDAY FOR MRS. NICHOLSON, 87; FORMER RESIDENT
Funeral services were held at First Baptist Church here Wednesday afternoon for Mrs. Elizabeth Cates Nicholson, 81, former resident.  Mrs. Nicholson died Monday in a Fort Worth nursing home after a long illness.
Rites were conducted at 2:00 p.m. with interment in Hall Cemetery.
Mrs. Nicholson, botn January 9, 1887, lived most of her life here before moving to Fort Worth in 1965.
Survivors are five sons, three daughters, four sisters and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the First Baptist Church here for Frank J. Nicholson, 55, Howe farmer, who died Wednesday noon in Wichita Falls after an illness of several weeks.
Rev. Hubert Long of Decatur, Baptist minister,  and Rev. Claude Cone, pastor of the church here, conducted the services.  Burial was in the Hall Cemetery, directed by the Waldo Funeral Home of Sherman.
Dwight Smith, Lowell Thompson, Leon John, E.R. Brodhead, Jewel Morrison and ALton Sollis were the pallbearers.
Mr. Nicholson was born September 1, 1909 in Howe, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Francis Nicholson.  He was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Elizabeth Nicholson of Fort Worth; five brothers, John L. Nicholson of Dallas; Walter Nicholson of Salt Lake City, Utah; Elbert Nicholson of Fort Worth; Lee Nicholson of Amarillo and T-Sgt. Bob Nicholson of Glendale, Arizona; three sisters, Mrs. Elmer Laughlin of Hansen, Idaho; Mrs. W.T. Clark of Fort Worth; and Mrs. Roy Weiderman of Hazelton, Idaho; and a number of nieces and hephews.
