POTTSBORO - Memorial services for Christel B. Trammell, 70, of Pottsboro are pending with Johnson-Moore Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hall Cemetery in Howe.
She died Friday, Jan. 7, 2011, at Texoma Medical Center.
Mrs. Trammell was born Nov. 27, 1940, in Saarlouis, Germany, the daughter of Adolph and Martha Fries Bauer. She graduated from high school in Saarlouis, Germany. She married Jake Trammell Aug. 10, 1982, in Durant, Okla. He died
May 2, 2001.
Christel was a sales clerk in retail and was of the Catholic faith.
Surviving are a brother, of Germany; sisters, Martha Chandler of Pottsboro and three other sisters living in Europe;
niece, Mary Jane Dowden; nephews, Steven Mark Pennington and Nicholas Muldrew; great-niece, Danielle Dowden;
and great-nephew, Mathew Aaron Pennington.
She was preceded in death by her husband, one brother and one sister.
