HOWE - Services for Loreda Elliott, 72-year-old retired Howe beautician was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the First Baptist Church here. She died Sunday at Care Inn Nursing Center in Denison.  Dr. Jim Koonce officiated and burial was in Hall Cemetery.  Arrangements were under the direction of Flesher Funeral Home Chapel in Howe.
Mrs. Elliott was born in Texas, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Shelton and married Edward Elliott on August 3, 1935 in Durant, Oklahoma.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Howe.
Surviving are her husband; son, Bobby Elliott Sr. of Sherman; brothers, A. C. Gailey of Sherman and William Leander Gailey of Howe; and sister, Rose Elliott of Howe.
Pallbearers were Jesse James, Charles Thompson, Lowell Thompson, Tom Gamble, Marion Allison and Steve Allison.
