White 1 March 1909 - 5 June 1982 Sherman Democrat September 8, 1976 Howe - Services for Eugene Houston White, 68, retired miller who died Tuesday at his home were held Thursday at Flesher Funeral Home Chapel in Van Alstyne, conducted by Rev. E.G. Gregory and Rev. Bob Milligan, Baptist ministers. Burial was in Hall Cemetery. He was born in McKinney, son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Clarence White. He married Leah Tuley on April 30, 1927 in Sherman. He was retired from Quaker Oats Company in Sherman. Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Jo Hash of Howe; son, Eugene White of Howe; sister, Mrs. Nora Paysinger of McKinney; 4 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
