Saturday, April 11, 1908 KILLED NEAR DORCHESTER Henry Probst Victim of Accident While Out Hunting Henry Probst, son of S.K. Probst, manager of the Sperry Dairy, 2 miles west of Dorchester, was accidentally shot and killed while hunting near the dairy this morning about 11:30. Rufus Franklin, a young man employed at the dairy, was with him and had hold of the shot gun when it was discharged. Further than that the killing was accidental, no details were obtainable.  Mexia, Texas Thursday, April 16, 1908 Henry Probst, son of S.K. Probst, manager of the Sperry dairy, 2 miles west of Dorchester and 10 miles southwest of Sherman, was accidentally shot and killed while standing near the dairy Saturday morning.  Ada V.
