  Martha Rea Thomison, 81, of Gunter passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Homestead Rehabilitation Facility in Sherman, Texas. Martha was born November 10, 1940 in Gunter, Texas, daughter of Lee Edward Morgan and Bertha Lay. She married John Wayne Thomison in August 1976 and he preceded her in death in 2018. Martha was a loving sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also loved working outside in her garden. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Betty Morgan; and daughter, Debbie Daniels. Martha is survived by 2 daughters: Joyce Little and husband, Roger, of Howe, Texas, and Shirley Arrington and husband, Tim, of Gunter, Texas; 2 sons: Clint Daniels and wife, Janet, of Tom Bean, Texas and Hollis Daniels, Jr. of Gunter, Texas; 3 brothers, Billy Morgan, Ricky Morgan and Robert Morgan; sister, Nancy Jones; grandchildren: Amanda Schindler; Tim Arrington and wife, Janica; Heather Cannon; Amber Arrington; Tarah Gill and husband, C ody; Clint Daniels, Jr. and wife, Laura; Josh Little and wife, Miranda; and Justin Little; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Graveside service were held Wednesday morning, May 25, 2022 at Gunter Cemetery in Gunter, Texas.
