  Lana I. Mathis 1920 - Leslie F. Mathis 1912 - 1987 wed 2 April 1956 Services
for Lana Izella Mathis age 92 of Gunter, were held at 2:00 PM. Sunday,
November 25, 2012 at Scoggins Funeral Home Chapel in Van Alstyne,
Texas. Burial followed in the Gunter Cemetery. Ms. Mathis
passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Hilltop Haven Care Center
in Gunter.
She is survived by her sons; Johnny Mathis and Jimmy Don Mathis. Daughter; Leslie Gorondy. Brother; June Sansom. Sister; Elizabeth Massey. 9 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.   Leslie F.
