  Jacinto P. Rodriguez 1936 - 2000 Maria S. Rodriguez 1935 - 2019  Maria Rodriguez, 84, of Collinsville, Texas passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2019 in Denton, Texas. Maria was born in San Perlita, Texas on February 24, 1935, daughter of Miguel and Simona Salazar. She was married to Jacinto Rodriguez for almost 50 years. She lived most of her life in north Texas surrounded by family and friends. Maria was a member of the Collinsville Church of Christ. There is no doubt she loved and lived her life for the Lord, being an active member until her health forced her to move to the nursing home. Surviving are her 3 sons, Freddie Rodriguez of Cypress, Texas; Ruben Rodriguez of San Antonio, Texas; and Gilbert Rodriguez and wife, Kathy, of Collinsville, Texas; daughter, Gracie Hill and husband, Cliff, of Trenton, Texas; grandchildren Christie, Amber, Jaclyn, Kiki, Ashley, Seth, Shane, Shawn and Mercedes; and several great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon, December 23, 2019 at Collinsville Church of Christ with graveside services immediately following at Gunter Cemetery.
