Faye Ballard of Pilot Point passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2013. She
was born April 26, 1932 to Oscar Clyde and Kathleen Jewel Polk Payne in
Gunter, Texas. She married Billy Glenn Ballard July 26, 1947 in McKinney, Texas. For much of her life, Faye babysat children throughout Pilot Point. To her, this was much more than just a job. For the children she kept, Faye was much more than just a babysitter. Preceeded in death by her mother, her father and husband.
