 Jerry "Bugsy" Fox 1952 - 2016  Jerry "Bugsy" Fox, 63, of Gunter, Texas passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at the Carrus Hospital in Sherman. He was born October 7, 1952 in Gunter, son of Rudlph Fox and Iva Mae Dyer. He is survived by his son, Tracy and Shelieana Newman of Gunter; grandchildren: Jack Newman; Sarah Newman; Cody Ervin; Davalyn Anguiano; Zac Newman; Alexa Newman; 8 great-grandchildren, siblings: Clifforn and Joe Carney of Collinsville; Paul and Phyllis Neal of Bokchita, Oklahoma; Ruben and Kate Alaniz of McKinney; Gene and Darlene Reed of Gunter; Pocho and Marlene Pecina of Gunter; Vick "Twerp" Fox of Van Alstyne; Kenneth and Belinda Lowrance of Whitewright; 13 nephews and 8 nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents; Nelda Tippie; Robert Lee Fox; Kenneth Fox; Randy Fox; Curtis Newman and Shana Taylor. Funeral services were held Thursday, February 4, 2016 at First Baptist Church, Gunter with Danny Miller officiating. Pallbearers were Dillon Fox, Taylor Fox, Jonathan Anguiano, Paul Pecina, Greg Pecina and Jack Newman. Burial followed at Gunter Cemetery. - - - Scoggins Funeral Home.
