Miller, Sr., 78, who died Saturday at Vernon, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Johnson-Moore Chapel, with the Rev. Hugh Davis, officiating. Burial will be Georgetown Cemetery. Miller was born Dec. 29, 1906 {sic} in Grayson County, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elbert P. Miller. He was a farmer and a Baptist. Surviving are a son, V.V., Jr. of Manchester, Md.; two brothers, J.D. of Denison, Ivan of Pottsboro; two sisters, Zella Kennon of Pottsboro, Loverta Elmore of Denison; and two grandchildren. Pallbearers will be nephews. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 tonight.
