CLARENCE MITCHELL KYKER Funeral
services were held at Bratcher-Moore chapel Monday, September 3, at 3
p.m. for Clarence Mitchell Kyker, 45, of Pottsboro, who died in a local
hospital Sunday morning at 2:25 o'clock. He had been ill for
three weeks. Otto Johnson, Church of Christ minister, officiated
and interment was in Georgetown cemetery with Bratcher-Moore directing. Mr. Kyker was born in Celina, Texas Nov. 26, 1905, the son of Mr. and Mrs. E W. Kyker. He was a dairy farmer. Survivors
include three brothers: Arlie Kyker, Dallas; Joe Kyker, Pottsboro; and
Clayton Kyker, Los Angeles; six sisters: Mrs. Edna Taylor, Mrs. Mattie
Atwell, and Mrs. Dell Snyder, all of Denison; and Mrs. Dollie Brogden,
Chicago; Mrs. Hattie Finke, Pottsboro and Mrs. Florence Barrier,
Amarillo.
