Corsicana Daily Sun Sunday, January 3, 1964 DIES IN CRUSHER Denison (AP) - A 28-year-old man, Jack Alexander Jones, was crushed to death Thursday when he fell into a load of rock and gravel being fed into a rock crushing machine. The accident occurred at Pottsboro, 8 miles west of here. The Herald Democrat September 9, 2009 Denison - Willia Mae Jones, 96-year-old Denison resident, passed away Monday, September 7, 2009 at the Homestead of Denison. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 11 at Georgetown Cemetery. Mrs. Jones was born on July 7, 1913 in New Mexico, daughter of Andrew and Alice Daugherty Clinesmith. In 1933, she married M.V. Jones of Dallas. Mrs. Jones worked for Sears in Dallas. In 1956, she moved rom Dallas to Pottsboro and worked for Burlington. She was a member of Georgetown Baptist Church in Pottsboro. She and her husband owned and operated Little Mienral. Surviving are her grandchildren, Jackie Graves of Celina; Jimmy Jones of Ector; Jeff Jones of Copan, Okla; and Linda Wilson of Calera, Okla; and manny great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
