Mrs. Minnie Lee Clountz Denison - Graveside services for Mr. H.C. (Minnie Lee) Clountz, 85, of Willow Springs, who died Sunday morning in a local hospital will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Georgetown Cemetery under the direction of Johnson-Moore Funeral Home. Ollie Duffield, minister at Willow Spring Church of Christ will officiate. Mrs. Clountz was born Aug. 18, 1890, in Ellis County, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Myers. She received her schooling in Pottsboro and Overton. She married H.C. Clountz in Grayson County. He died in 1934. Survivors include two sons William and Bertie, both of Pottsboro; two daughters, Mrs. Vessie Steedman and Mrs. Gertie Smith, both of Pottsboro; a sister, Mrs. Abbie Daniel, Vernon; 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. The family will be at the funeral home from 7:30 to 8:30 tonight. Pallbearers will be grandsons.
