Spindle, 74, passed away Friday, January 6, 2012 in Denison. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, at Fairview Baptist Church, Durant with Rev. Bill Ledbetter officiating. Interment will be at Georgetown Cemetery, Pottsboro. Mr. Spindle is survived by his wife, Bobbie Spindle of the home; daughters, Diane Hamilton of Rockwall, Gay Higley of Midlothian, and Kelly Wallace of Waxahachie; brothers, Odell Spindle of North Carolina, Carroll Spindle of Ector, Truitt Spindle of Willis Point, and David Spindle of Bonham; sisters, Helen Chesser of Telephone, and Shirley Acost of Irving; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren and three step-greatgrandchildren. Family visitation will be from 7 -8 p.m. Tuesday at Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home in Durant.
