  DONN L. ENGLISH December 26, 1933 - July 22, 2011  POTTSBORO
- Donn L. English, 77, passed away Friday, July 22, 2011 at his
residence. Memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, July
30, 2011 at Georgetown Baptist Church with John Eastham officiating. Donn was born Dec. 26, 1933 in Irving, Texas to Curtis Leroy and Agnes Christine Rodgers English. He graduated from Irving High School in Irving, and married the late Joann Rogers on Dec. 6, 1956 in Dallas. Mr. English was a bricklayer, and a member of the international Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, Local 5-OAT, member of the American Legion 231, the VFW. Mr. English also served from 1952-1956 in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Survivors are his family: daughters Donna English Waldroup of Pottsboro; Ginger Whatley of Memphis, Tenn.; son John Eastham of Irving; grandchildren Russell Waldroup, Jeremy Waldroup, Chris Flowers, Matt Flowers, Tommy Smith, Tanya Holman, Kelly Eastham, Matthew Eastham; great-grandchildren Kyle, Amber, Nicki, Dillon, Alison, Jessica, Sonny, Ashley, Jacob, Joshua, Ashleigh; great-great-grandchildren C.J., Macie, Jason.
