DENISON - Nelda Marie Lenderman, 89, entered into eternal life, Monday, July 23, 2012 at Homestead of Denison.

Mrs. Lenderman was born May 13, 1923 in Egypt, Okla. the daughter of Henry and Nellie (Williford) Colbert Sr. Nelda married Leo Lenderman September 25, 1985. Her loving nature made her friend, mother and grandmother to the many lives she touched. Nelda was always ready to help others in need. She will always be loved and deeply missed.

Nelda is survived by her beloved family, sons, Jerry Rowland of Wyoming, Byron Rowland and wife Vickie of Garland, Robert Rowland and Joe Rowland both of Pottsboro; daughters, Janell Fields of Rowlett, Norma McNaughton and husband Don of Garland, Wanda Horton and husband Michael of Denison; 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and five great-greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Leo Lenderman; brothers, Henry Jr, Herman, Albert and James Colbert; and sister, Dorothy Franks, daughter, Mary Ann Wren, son, A. D. Rowland, grandson, Lloyd Wren Jr., and great-granddaughter, Melissa Wren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Fisher Funeral Chapel with Rev. Anthony Williams. Interment will follow at Georgetown Cemetery in Pottsboro. Family visitation will be held from 6 -8 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Fisher Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Cody Rowland, Charlie Sharp, Chuck Wozniak, Ed Hicks, Warren Lema and Jerry Lema. Honorary pallbearers will be Don McNaughton, Michael Horton and Don Youngblood.
