Whitesboro News-Record Friday, December 22, 1931 pg. 1 SENIOR CLASS PRESENTS PLAY TONIGHT "Out of Court," by Oliver Parker, the senior class play will be presented tonight at the high school auditorium. The first curtain is scheduled for 7:45. Intensive rehearsals have been in progress for two weeks and the cast, composed of seventeen talented boys and girls, seems well adapted to this particular presentation. It is a play that will appeal to the general public; it beathes of clear, sparkling wit, touching pathos, biting sarcasm, vivacious youth, wholesome romance - all these and many more emotions are touched. To see it is to appreciate it. Interpreting the various parts are Hubert Rector, Garland Brookshear, Monroe Meek, Ezell Rogers, Billie Smith, Cliff Estes, Bob Doggett, Willard Judd, Lee Deckard, Martha Wade, Ruby Caviness, Lucy Buckhanan, Mary Grace McMenamy, Valla Kennedy, Pauline Hatfield, Helen Rodgers, and Gladys Gordon. Entractes will be filled with numbers by the Juvenile Rhythm Band, under the direction of Mrs. Faye Brown; and chorus and costume readings by members of the Junior class, under the direction of the sponsor, Mrs. Beryl Sullivan. Tickets may be had at Summy-Cravens Drug Store or the school building. Adult tickets are 25c, children's 15c. Reserve seats are free. Don't miss it!
