St. Xavier's Closing
The Most Interesting Educational Event of the Year
The St. Xavier's Academy closes Monday, June 12th.  The program this year is exceedingly interesting and will more than sustain the prestige of previous years.  The program is so arranged that it will not carry the exercises into the midnight hour.  This does not imply, however, that there will any undue haste to get through.  The Gazetteer assures the readers that the program in all its essential features will be an intellectual and musical treat that will be in keeping with the occasion.  The Sisters have labored very hard and when the eventful night arrives the public will be delighted and surprised at the degree of perfection attained by the pupils of St. Xavier under the guidance of the corps of instructors.
The graduates this year are Misses Rushie Lael, Edna McDuffee, Eunice Peck, Erin Murray and Eulah Steele.
