Sunday Gazetteer
Sunday, November 25, 1894 All the books, plates, pens, pencils, school bell, and such things at the Reasor school house, a few miles northwest of the city were stolen last night. The sweep was clean, so clean that school was adjourned until new supplies could be secured. The loss, in the aggregrate, is quite severe. One family had expended as much as $7, another $3, and another $4.50 for school books and supplies for their children this term of the school, all of which were stolen.
