Pecan
Grove Community had a one-teacher school which joined with the Pleasant
Home district. A church was organized and used the school building to
hold meetings. The building was located on the northeast corner of the
L. G. Burns Survey #87. After the Pecan Grove School closed, the
building was used as a barn.
