Thursday, March 21, 1935 pg. 1 JENNIE JACKSON TO E ND 50- YEAR SCHOOL CAREER Miss Jennie Jackson, principal of Peabody school, for 47 years a teacher in Denison city schools, serving continually as principal after the first 5 years submitted her resignation Wednesday night to the Denison school board at the high school. Miss Jackson will retire at the end of the present term after 50 years of service as teacher.
