Eagle Point School was consolidated with the Van Alstyne School District in 1937. Some of the teachers who taught in
the two-teacher school were:

  • Lorene Tommlin
  • Lyman Veazey
  • Helen Wisner
Amoung the trustees were:
  • Grover Knox
  • Cleace Williams
  • John Williams
Eagle Point School was located west of Van Alstyne, Texas.
