Friday, August 29, 1958 pg. 1 SCHOOLS IN MILL DISTRICT WILL RE-OPEN TUESDAY Golden Rule and Brownville elementary schools at the Cotton Mill will open September 2 at 8:30 a.m., according to Superintendent C.E. Phipps. Registration for 1st and 2nd grade students at Golden Rule will being August 29 at 9 a.m.. Brownville students in the first 2 grades will register September 2.
