Salvation Army

Sherman, Tex., Sept. 26 - Sherman has been made the permanent headquarters for a division of the Salvation Army.  In addition to the auxiliary corps now in harness and at work at Gainesville, corps will be established at Bonham, Paris, Denison and perhaps Whitesboro.  The results of the recent harvest festival held in this city have been very satisfactory to Ensign Yoder, who thinks that the final report will show that if Sherman does not lead, it will be in the front rank of state corps in the extent of donations made for the general assistance of the army work.
