Renewed Energy

Sherman, Tex., Oct. 8 - There has been a little more than the usual enthusiastic stir in the Salvation Army circles to-day. Lieut. Col. Evans and Ensign Ivings came in from Gainesville to-day and took part in the services on the streets and in the barracks. It is quite probable that the presence of the two superior officers may put renewed energy into the contemplated organization of a corps at several of the larger towns in the river belt jurisdiction for which Sherman is the headquarters.
