Parkview Church of Christ Sherman, Texas   The Grand
Avenue Church of Christ and the Dewey Avenue Church of Christ were
located with two miles of each other with double expenses - two church
buildings, two preachers, tow of everything. It was decided that
the two churchs would "merge for missions" and become one. Thus in 1976, the Parkview Church of Christ was established with Dan Carter as minister. Other ministers included
