Rose Marie Irwin Chance, 82yrs, passed away at Nannaw’s Place in Denison, TX. Graveside services will be held Wednesday July 22, 2015 10am at Friendship Cemetery in Sherman, TX. in Sherman, TX. A memorial service will follow
at Friendship United Methodist Church in Sherman Wednesday July 22, 2015 at 11am. Dr Robert Wilson will officiate.

 Rose Marie was born to William Albert Irwin and Fannie Belle Kincaid Irwin and was raised in Mississippi on a cotton farm She attended school in Bentonia, MS. She married Richard Chance on February 27, 1953. In her married life she lived in the oil fields of Mississippi, Texas, and Oklahoma. The last forty four years of her life she lived in Ardmore, OK, and was a member of the Mary Niblack Baptist Church. She is now a member of The First Baptist Church of Sherman, TX. She has lived in Sherman for the past two years. Rose Marie was a good mother, seamstress, and home decorator. She won numerous awards for her beautiful lawn and loved redoing antique furniture. Rose Marie will be remembered as wonderful wife and Jesus Christ was her savior. Rose Marie will be in the arms of God and Jesus Christ until the resurrection. Then she will take on her heavenly body and will be with her savior and loved ones!

Rose Marie is survived by husband. Richard Chance; son, Michael Stanley Chance; daughter,Vickye Allen and husband Dave; daughter, Janet Marie Kinman and husband John; daughter, Kala Renae Chance; grandchildren, Jennifer Barrett
and husband Curtis, Melissa Northrup and husband Garry, Garrett Chance; great grandchildren, Joshua Barrett, Zachary Barrett, Eli Barrett, Cameron Northrup, Gracie Northrup, and Jade Northrup; sister, Bobbie June Cox; and brother, Thomas Dale Irwin. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Dustin Lynn Chance; brother, Wm. Albert Irwin Jr. and her parents.
