SHERMAN - Graveside services for Berta Kimbrell, 94, of Sherman, who died Monday, December 9, 2002 at IHS of Texoma will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Friendship Cemetery. David Gilbert of Truth Tabernacle will officiate, assisted by Reverend James Crawford of Corner Stone Baptist Church. Dannel Funeral Home of Sherman is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Kirnbrell was born February 18, 1908 in Pe1la, Texas, the daughter of Burl Gregg and Anna Foster Gregg. She attended school in Montague and in 1925 in Sherman, she married Guinn Kimbrell. He preceded her in death December 26, 1981. She was a housewife and a member of United Pentecostal.

Survivors inc1ude 3 sons: Olo Kimbre1l and Cleo Kimbrell of Denison. Johnnie Kimbrell of Springtown; daughters: Mary LaVelle Herron of San Antonio, LaVeme Viers of Sherman; brother: Harland Gregg of Milburn, OK; 17 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
