Funeral services for Mrs. Joseph Inman, 74, of 1319 West Moore, who died at Wilson N. Jones Hospital after a short illness, will be held at the Travis Street Methodist Church Wednesday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Ed Barcus, pastor, will officiate, assisted by the Rev. W. R. Zimmerman, pastor of the Key Memorial Methodist Church.
The body will be at the home until time for the funeral services.
Pallbearers will be Pete Hudgins, S.B. Bell, Cecil McClure, Delmer Reynolds, Clifton Douglas, and Tim Abicht. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery, west of Sherman.
Mrs. Inman was born in Van Alstyne. She had lived in Sherman for the past 35 years. She was married to the late Joseph Inman,
who died in 1921 at Sherman, 53 years ago. She was reared by her foster parents, Mr. and Mrs. D.R. Luckett of Tioga. She was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church, and had been active in the missionary work of the church.
Survivors are four sons, R.L. Inman, Fort Worth; G.A. and R.E. Inman, both of Pampa, and J.L. Inman of Sherman; one daughter, Mrs. Barney Cyghey, Sherman; one sister, Mrs. Fred Noles, San Diego, Calif.; a half-brother, D.R. Phillips, Luling; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
