John W. Dalton

Sherman, Texas  - Services ware to held at 2 pm Saturday in the Friendship Methodist Church for John W. Dalton, 85, who died Thursday in a Sherman hospital. He resided at Sherman Route 2.
Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.
Mr. Dalton was born in Scottsville, Ky and had made his home in Sherman for more than 60 years. He retired from farming several years ago. Mr. Dalton had been an active member of the Friendship Methodist Church, serving as teacher and superintendent. Mr. Dalton was a past president of the Friendship Cemetery Association.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Joe Meador of Dallas.
