DENISON - Funeral service for Billy J. McKinney, 46, who died Nov. 24, 1994, at Texoma Medical Center, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Smith Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Michael Braxton will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. McKinne was born Sept. 2, 1948, in Van Alstyne, the son of Alberta and Hansel McKinney. He was a graduate of Terrell High School and Grayson County College. He also served in the Army. Survivors include his mother, a son, Billy J. Boyd of Denison; four brothers, Hansel L. McKinney Jr, of Oklahoma, Andrew S. McKinney of Ft. Worth, Clifford J. McKinney of Denison and Jerry J. McKinney of Fredrick, Okla; five sisters, Georgia L. McKinney, Rosie L. Foster, Mary F. McKinney, Barbara Walker and Linda Mae Foster, all of Denison. Pallbears will be Donald Ray Lyons, Raymond Barnum, Edward Nelson, Richard Carr, Harlan Luke and Earl Bryant.
