  Thomas
James Wineinger was born in Denison, Texas on October 25, 1939 to R. J.
“Bob” and Victoria A. O’Neal Wineinger. He had two brothers, Frank
Wineinger and Darrell Wineinger. Thomas married Paula Elaine Phillips
on September 2, 1967.
Thomas worked for Frito-Lay for 32 years serving the Texoma area. Thomas was a caring man who loved to strike up a conversation with an old friend or a new friend. He never met a stranger. Thomas attended school in Denison and graduated from Denison High School. Thomas was a faithful christian and a member of the Westwood Village church of Christ. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Victoria Wineinger and his brother, Darrell. He is survived by his wife, Paula, his children, Stephanie and her husband Terry Cantrell, Cynthia Janosec, Scott Wineinger, Michael Wineinger, Tracey and her husband Lane Nichols, and Philip and his wife Sarah Wineinger, as well as his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held for Thomas at Fisher Funeral Home, Chapel, 604 W. Main St, Denison, Texas at 10:30 am on Saturday, the 20th of May, 2023. A graveside service will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Denison, Texas. Visitation will be held on Friday, the 19th of May, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Pallbearers will be Philip Wineinger, Frank Wineinger, Dale Philips, Seth Nichols, Walker Nichols, and Lane Nichols.
