Earline Ruffin went to the Lord on June 24, 2022 at Texoma Medical Center.   She was born September 28, 1941 in Madill, Oklahoma the daughter of Jesse and Bertha (Carroll) Barnard.  She met the love of her life Gene Ruffin at 14 years old at the Church of the Nazarene.  They got married four years later on June 4, 1960 in Church of the Nazarene in Denison, Texas.  Earline loved her church and family.  She was a loving wife, mother and nana.  She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Geradine Horn.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years Gene Ruffin; daughter, Charlotte Ruffin; grand dog Mandy and sister, Christine Blankenship.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 29, 2022 at 10 am in Fairview Chapel with Pastor Larry Eastman officiating.

Gene Ray Ruffin, 89, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 2, 2023, in Knollwood, Texas.
Mr. Ruffin was born January 1, 1934, in Idabell, Oklahoma, the son of Albert Doyle and Lena Catherine (Raney) Ruffin. He married the love of his life, Earline Barnard, June 4, 1960, in Denison, Texas, at the Church of the Nazarene. Gene loved his church and his family. He was a homebuilder for many years. Gene will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Gene leaves behind his beloved daughter, Charlotte Ruffin of Knollwood, TX; and grand dog Mandy.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Earline Ruffin, and his parents.
Funeral service for Gene will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, August 7, 2023, at Fairview Cemetery Chapel with Pastor Larry Eastman officiating.
