Mrs. Sarah M. Pryor, 76, died at 11:55 this morning at her home, 1100 W. Main street, following  an illness of 14 days.  Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. today with interment at Fairview.  Short-Murray will direct. 
Mrs. Pryor was born February 12, 1865, in Alabama, her parents being Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Garner.   She was married August 6, 1883 following receiving her schooling in Georgia. She moved from Georgia to Rockwall, Texas, where she was married to Howard Pryor.  The couple moved to Missouri, and returned to Texas and located near Gainesville.   After residing there for 5 years, they moved to Ardmore and resided for 20 years, moving finally to Denison in 1919.
Surviving are one son, David B. of Denison, route 2; and a daughter, Mrs. Sally Ready, Stonewall.  A brother, B.H. Garner lives at Sarah, Mississippi; and 2 nieces, Mrs. Mattie Holloway and Mrs. Clara Rochell, live at Rockwall, Oklahoma.
