Friday, September 10, 1954 pg 6 H. W. Pritchett, 79, blacksmith and farmer, died Sunday at 11:15 p.m. in a local hospital after a four-day illness and two days in the hospital. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 4 p.m. in Bratcher-Moore chapel with Rev. R. D. Nicholson officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery. A resident of Denison for the past 21 years, Pritchett moved from Denton. He lived on Helen Drive. He was born at Bowling Green, Ky. June 30, 1875. He was a member of the Aubrey Church of Christ. Survivors include his widow; three sons, G. W., A. J., and C. H. Pritchett, all of Denton; four daughters, Mrs. Lula Pittas, Tular, Calif., Mrs. Eunice Bishop, and Mrs. Ruth Thomas, both of Denton, and Mrs. Jewell Harley, Fort Worth; 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
